Dolce Carollo uses only the freshest ingredients to make their cannoli.  The recipe has been handed down for three generations.  Dolce Carollo knows the proper blend of ingredients to create the perfect texture and taste for this fantastic creation.

The cannoli shells are handmade on the premises in Italy.  Chocolate chips are added to produce a delightful taste.  

Dolce Carollo's canolli are prepared fresh daily. The canolli's go through a flash freeze process which allows for a one year freezer life.  Once thawed they will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to five days.
